TWIN SHAFT COMPULSORY MIXER MET 3500/2350 - Dry filling capacity 3.000 lt., concrete output 2.000 lt – DRY/WET Operational mode.

- Two electric motors of 45+45 kW (60+60 HP). Installation in high position to make the tensioning straps and to allow the access in the bottom of the tank in an easier way. Carter belt covers broken up into small dimensions elements to make easier maintenance;

- Mixing tank weld-in steel S 235 and section bar S 275;

- Bottom tank upholstery in interchangeable sector made of Hardox® HB500 with thickness of 15 mm;

- Inside tank upholstery in interchangeable sector made of Hardox® HB500 with thickness of 15 mm;

- N° 2 mixing shafts made of chrome molybdenum steel (42CrMo4);

- Rotation speed of the shaft 23,8 RPM;

- N° 18 mixing arms made of spheroidal cast iron and bolted on the shafts, equipped with shovel made of Hardox® HB500 with special profile, orthogonal to the tank coat;

- N° 1 discharging door with N° 1 hydraulic cylinders with three hydraulic inductive limit switches (open, half open and closed position);

- N° 1 hydraulic power box motor of 2,2 kW, equipped with pressure switch and emergence manual pump;

- Greasing system for the seal group of the shaft with electric pump for grease distribution and 4 kg tank with sequential pump;

- Tank covering increased of 450 mm with superior inspection doors equipped with gas lever system for facilitated opening process;

- Encoded limit switch safety system (according to CE regulations) to avoid the door opening during the mixing process;

- Inspection platform with metal grill path and anti-slither system;

- Detection probes for level and temperature monitoring of the lubrication oil in the gearboxes and for level monitoring of the oil in the hydraulic power box;

- Detection probes for the temperature level in the electric motors equipped with anomaly warning system for the grease distribution in the shafts;

- All sensors and detection probes are connected to a synoptic panel with PLC for alarm. This panel must be connected to the control of batching plant;

- Wiring of auxiliary devices (limit switches, solenoid valves, etc.) to the junction box installed on the machine is provided with IP55 electrical cables;

- Emergency button;

- Lower central unloading door

- Lateral loading door with coating also on the outside for conveying the dry concrete discharge, by means of a loading conveyor driven by no. 2 hydraulic cylinders.

- Dry concrete mixer loading shower complete with cement pipe and socks.
