Automatic cleaning system for double shaft mixer with high pressure pump and rotary head (from MEB1500 to MEB2500, and MEC 150)

Automatic cleaning system inside the tank of the mixer, from MEB1500 to MEB2500, and continuos mixer MEC 150.

Motorized washing unities with rotating head to fix on the top of the mixer cover. The washing unities have many jets and each one has a movement of 360° involving every fix and mobile part inside the mixer from every angle shots. The rotating unities enter inside the mixer during the washing phase, and then they position themselves on a protected channel during the other phase of concrete production.

PLEASE NOTE: the number of motorised washing units with rotating head to be fixed to the bottom of the mixer cover depends on the size and type of mixer.
