Generic Description
Dynamic MEB mixer for continuous/discontinuous working:
Double twin shaft mixer MEB 3750S/2750.
Loading capacity 4.100 lt., concrete output 2.750 lt.
- n. 2 motors of 55 kW (75 hp) each. Installation in high position to make the tensioning belts and the access to the bottom of the tank easier. Belt covers carter broken up into elements of small dimensions to make maintenance easier;
- Two co-rotating and synchronized mixing shafts, hardened bushings to avoid the rubbing with seals;
- Greasing system of the mixing axles seals with grease electric pump, tank of 4 kg and distributor sequential;
- Bottom tank coat made by small dimension of HARDOX 500 HB thickness 15 mm in order to make maintenance easier;
- Lateral tank coat made of HARDOX 500HB, thickness 15 mm;
- Mixing arms of spheroidal cast iron, bolted on the shafts;
- N. 16 mixing blades of ALLOY CHROME 750 HB, blades with junction profile and in a perpendicular position compared to the tank coat;
- N. 4 scraper blade made of ALLOY CHROME 750 HB;
- Rotating cleaning rings, installed between the mixing arms;
- N. 2 independent discharge opening with hydraulic control and with three inductive limit switches (position open, half open and closed);
- Hydraulic unit, capacity 2,2 kW, with auxiliary manual pump for emergency discharge;
- Raised covering with inspection doors provided with limit switch to avoid the machine opening during the work or to prevent the mixing starting with the open inspection door, complied with CE regulations.
- Oil level and temperature measurement sensors for greasing gear reducers and oil level measurement sensor for hydraulic unit. Temperature measurement sensors in electrical motors rolling up. Signals of greasing distributed system failure on shaft seals. All sensors are connected to a synoptic control panel with PLC to identify disease, to control alarms and to record failures. This panel has to be connected to the control panel of the batching plant.
