Machine composition:

• Washing tank
  Cylindrical and conical cross-section, made of steel.
  Equipped with concrete inlet ports and overflow openings for dirty water.
  The upper and lower sections of the tank are fully hot-dip galvanized.

• Extraction spiral
  Variable pitch, made of 10 mm thick steel.
  Supported by a roller bearing on the discharge side.

• Drive unit
  Oversized epicyclic reduction gear, suitable for heavy-duty applications.
  Coupled to an 11 kW electric motor.

• Water system
  Electrically actuated solenoid valve for supplying clean water to the backwashing circuit.

Operating temperature range

• From –15°C to +40°C
