Application
Suitable in presence of ramp – enables the washing of 1 truck mixer or 1 concrete pump.

Washing Tank

• Conical-section tank, made of steel

• Extraction spiral with variable pitch, 10 mm thickness, made of steel

• Supported on the discharge side by a roller bearing

Dimensions

• Length: 5,200 mm

• Height: 2,500 mm

• Helix diameter: 1,900 mm

Functional Features

• Equipped with concrete inlets and overflow openings for dirty water

• Output capacity: 11 m³/h of diluted concrete

• Mortar disposal capacity: 4 m³/h

Drive Unit

• Oversized epicyclic reduction gear, suitable for heavy-duty loads

• Coupled with 7.5 kW electric motor, voltage 400 V, frequency 50 Hz

Water System

• Electrically controlled valve for clean water supply to the backwash circuit

Surface Treatment

• Upper and lower parts of the tank are entirely hot-dip galvanized
