Generic Description
Shiploader for loose material loading, in particular for chalk and damp ashes, on vessels.
The system is made of a mobile equipment on wheels composed of a hopper material loading from a dumper truck and of a group conveyor belts for the vessel load.
The last part of the conveyor belt is equipped with a telescopic suction hoose.

HOPPER FOR MATERIAL LOADING FROM A DUMPER TRUCK:
It is made up of an apron conveyor equipped with a special cover in order to avoid the dust shedding on the enviroment. The capacity of the hopper storage is of ar. 30 cu.m.
The hopper bottom is made up of a rubber belt which extracts the material from the dump truck and drags it to the conveyor belt.
Inside the hopper it is installed a level gauge with acoustic and lighting alarm in order to warn the full level .
Technical features:
- structure realized with beams composed of metal sheet Fe360 with fitting dimensions
- dimensions 4.000 x 14.000 mm
- extractor belt having an output of 400 cu.m./h, speed rubber belt 0-2,4 m/min;
- Rubber belt class 800, width 2800 mm, length 12000 mm c.a.
- Gear drum Ø 710
- Reducer gear i=518, gear 22 kW - 4 poles, completed of local plant for oil cooling.
Adjustable belt scraper realized in widia.
Superior Cover of the loading material hopper, realized in sheet metal thickness 2 mm, completed with a rubber hinge at the entrace of the truck unloading in order to avoid dust shedding.
Inferior cover of the loading material belt, realized in galvanized sheet metal of mm 2, completed with washing system and water collection canal with lateral unloading with n.1 manual throttle valve of 4" and fast connection Ø100 mm for each side.
SUPPORTING AND HANDLING FRAME:
Self-supporting frame for supporting and transport of the loading hopper and belt.
Structure entirely realized in steel carpentry with dimensions able to support the machine`s weight.
The mobile system is realised with dump trucks n. 2 twin wheels groups fixed positioned on the superior part of the wagon and n.2 twin wheels groups assembled on the fifth wheel, diameter 1.000 mm, with helm for the towing of the machine.
Structure and rods in steel all sized to support the bridge structure of the loading belt.
Inspection stair galvanized having the following characteristics: structure in UPN 100, width mm 700, steps in anti-sliding steel, parapet h 1100 mm for all the length, lay-by with trampling level in sheet metal of mm 4.
NB. Handling should happen with empty machine and with loading belt in the towing position.

Hot-dip galvanized structure.
Piped structure Ø 60 thickness 3 mm, assembled on motorized fifth wheel (rotation edge 180°) for the positionning of the belt during the working phase and closing, just in order to better handle it.

HOPPER COLLECTOR OF THE WASHING WATER
Hopper collector of the washing water, realized in steel inox 304L, fast connection Ø 100 mm for the washing water unload opening/closing with manual throttle valve.
SWINGING DUCT
Swinging duct in orthogonal direction to the axle of the gear drum, with swings of +/- 30° referring to the vertical one.
Swivelling movement realized thanks to an oleodynamic cylinder.
Duct realized in steel inox thickness 4 mm, diameter 600 mm and length 3.400 mm.
OLEODYNAMIC PLANT
Hydralic plant on the machine with local oleodynamic plant 5,5 kW with n. 4 distributors with manual start-up for the machine stabilization and N. 2 electric valves for the conveyor belt lifting and unloading canal swivelling.
- N.2 stabilizer cylinders for the machine location during the working phase, with stem in nickel steel or chome-plated (nicromax 30), runner head in brass, spheric support on the ground with control flange, safety valve double driven.
- N.2 Lifting cylinders, installed on the back side of the frame for the lifting of the feeding hopper during the handling phase and stabilization during the working phase.
- N.1 Cylinder assembled on the flag, length 2,00 mt, positioned on the loading belt`s side.
- N.1 Cylinder for the swinging of the loading canal.
All cyclinders are treated as anticorrosive process.
ELECTRIC PANEL, RADIO CONTROL, CONSOLLE FIXED FOR THE REMOTE CONTROL AND ELECTRIC PLANT ON THE MACHINE
Electric panel and machine management in Automatic/Maintenance operational modes.
Installation on the machine.
Carpentry ABB in vertical panel. Protection degree IP 65, silk screen synoptic control panel completed with selectors, buttons, warning lights. Sectioning fuse wired. Electronic module of auxiliaries protection, magneto-thermic protection. Acoustic warning for belt start-up. Emergency push button and manual reactivation. Auxiliaries start-up with keys. Amperometer and voltmeter. Terminal for connection cables. Components used Telemecanique. Internal space non-cabled for future expansion of 10%. Feeding tension 400V.
Management of: Feeding belt, conveyor belt, loading belt, swievel belt and canal.
Radio control for the following management:
- start-stop and swivelling of the laoding belt;
- Lifting and lowing of the laoding belt;
- swinging of the canal.
max distance of working: 100 mt.
Advice distance: 70 mt.
Receiving module/transmitting to connect to the PLC for the management of the command in distance.
Consolle fixed positioned inside the cabin with remote control of the radio control.
Electric plant on the machine with derivation box and galvanized canal according to the laws in force. Inverter retroaction in closed ring for full start-up of the belt of the feeding hopper.
The electric panels are equipped of: completed electric schemes, terminal connection schemes, conformity declaration according to the laws in force 89/392/CEE, 73/23/CEE, 89/336 e succ. mod.
COMMAND CABIN
Insulated cabin (RAL 9002), internal max dimensions mt 1,5 x 1,5 x h 2,25 having the following features:
Sandwich walls of 40 mm, cover 30+35 mm
Window on one side with glasses, realized in steel painted, entrance door with lock
Electric panel with plug 220 V and light
Hooks for the lifting in case of filling
Air-conditioner hot/cool type split.
FINISHING:
All the walls not indicated as galvanized will be apinted as follows:
1) Sand-blasting SA 21/2
2) A coat of primer galvanized inorganic in solvent thickness 75 micron dry
3) A coat of intermediate epoxy polyamide, thickness 100 micron dry
4) A finishing coat polyurethane-aliphantic, thickness 40 micron dry
