Smooth roller Ø89 mm L 308 mm
After many years of successful experience these rollers prove to be the most suitable for light and medium duty belt conveyors, even in unfavorable environmental conditions.
They are assembled on 6202 bearings, greased for life and protected by the very effective ERMEX C6 protections, incorporating a waterproof wear-recovering seal.
Fitting on the conveyor is made by means of the brackets and transoms described in chapters M10 and M11.

The table of page 3 shows lengths and weights of standard and other possible sizes.
CH17 attachments allow a useful interchangeability with rollers belonging to other series.
LUBRICATION AND WORKING TEMPERATURES
The rolls are lubricated for the normal temperature range ( – 10°C + 90°C).
They can be lubricated also for TB ( – 30°C – 10°C) and TE (+ 90°C + 150°C) temperatures.
Special materials may be requested case by case for the extreme working temperatures.
DENOMINATION
The full denomination of the rolls includes, in this order: code number, finish and lubrication reference, if any, and the letter “L” followed by the length in mm.
