Device for emulsion batching - double pump system

Pre-arrangement for continuous production of cold recycled asphalt (*), for cement mixture plant of 150 m³/h made up of:

- n. 1 gear pump with capacity between 30-100 l/m³ over 150 m3/h production (**) (4-16 m3 between 20 - 80 Hz), cast iron body G25 UNI 5007. The pump features hardened and ground gears in AISI 420, carboten bushings and seals lip, to better withstand acidic and basic emulsions. Complete with 4 kW motor with cooling fan and by-pass for the recirculation and the preheating chamber;

- n. 1 inverter for 4 kW pump necessary for continuous regulation of admixture flow, with eletric wiring on command board, and electric management for start;

- n. 1 distribution pipe to discharge the additive inside the mixer, made up of 2 steel pipes located on the sides, with discharge curve of 1¼''.

- Including related hardware and software integration.

(*) for a proper design it is required to provide the intended emulsion material data-sheet within 10 days from contract approval

(**) Different dosing needs must be specified during the technical discussion or anyway within 10 days from contract date

N.B: EXCLUDING EMULSION PRODUCTION PLANT (BITUMINOUS ADDITIVE) AND PREHEATING CHAMBRE.
