Mobile Harbor terminal for cement storage (170 m³) - unload from ship - load on tank truck

MOBILE HARBOR TERMINAL OF 170 m³/h suitable for cement load and unload (cement specific weight considered= 1,3 ton/m³) composed of:

- N.01 Silo for cement with square base, storage capacity 170 m³/h realized in structural steel and sheet metal.

Dimensions: 5.000x 5.000 mm x H 9.500 mm.- Height bands: 6.000 mm - Height cone and structure: 3.500 mm - Thickness of first band: 4 mm - Thickness of the following bands: 3 mm. Thickness of roof: 4mm. Silos are completed of galvanized bolts.

-N. 01 Loading pipe diameter 12" with elbow thickness of 6 mm, put on outside with connection flange dimension 1500 mm

-N. 02 Unloading cones with double exit thickness 4 mm with fluidization plates

-N. 02 hand-fed guillotine valves for cones silos manual close

-N. 01 manhole of 400 mm

-N. 01 maximum level indicator with turning paddle

-N. 01 minimum level indicator with turning paddle

-N. 01 Safety valves for pressure control silos. Structure realized in carbon steel powder painted, external diameter 273 mm. Values of intervention of overpressure between 280 and 1.000 mm H2O. Values of intervention in depression included between 20 and 120 mm H2O. Standard calibration values -20/500 mm H2O. Pressure control through nuts with a very easy use.

- N.01 EURODRY Filters F90, suitable for dust exhaust of the cement storage unit having the following technical features:

   - Filter area 90 square meters

   - Electric fan aspirator of 11 KW (15 Hp), 380 V, 50Hz, 2 Poles, capacity 9.000 m3/h

   - N.120 filter hoses

   - N.8 Electric valves of 1`

   - Washing system hoses with air blowing, pressure included between 5 and 6 Bar

   - Air compressed tank with condensation discharging valve

   - Cylindrical structure diam. 2.500 mm realized in steel Fe 360B completed with inspection door

   - Roof realized in steel Fe 360B that can be opened in 2 half

   - Connection pipe to the silos roof with safety grid

   - Foot irons H=5 mt ca. with inspection area at the top of the filter and parapet

   - Electronic card for washing management counter-washing and differentiable pressure measurer.

   - Electric panel for automatic operation of the suction cycle of the filter and washing management through electronic card of command and time control start-stop electric-valves.

- N. 01 Stairs and gangway for silos roof entry

- N. 02 extractor screws for mobile battery: diameter 406 mm realized in heavy structure, n.02 loading throats, length 5.000 mm c.a., horizontal levels, capacity 75 Ton/h each-one, reduction gear power 22 Kw

- N. 02 Vertical screws, spiral with changeable step 406, length 4.000 mm, capacity 75 Ton/h, completed with a reduction gear of 15 Kw placed at the top, unload 45, completed of discharging pipe with support stirrup

- N. 01 Conveyor for dust materials to fill up two screws on a telescopic discharger

Realized in Fe 360 galvanized of 5 mm. Coupling flanges with under telescopic discharger

-N. 01 Dryer and refresher having the following technical characteristics: Output air (7 bar) 96 m3/h - 1.60 m3/min, output refreshing fan 1600 NI/min, air connection 3/4", feeding 230/50 V/Hz and speed discharge for condensation

-N. 01 pneumatic plant completed with a galvanized piping and electric valves

-N. 01 FRL Group (Fluidization, pressure Regulator and Lubricator)

-N. 01 electro-mechanic panel of power and command for n.2 charging points management of the mobile battery on the machine

Protection degree IP 55, silk screen printed synoptic control panel with colours completed with selectors with manual working, safety buttons, warning lights. Disconnecting switches.

Electronic module for auxiliaries protection, magneto thermic protection. Tension signal inside the panel. Acoustic signal belts start up.

Emergency mushroom button with manual start up. Start-up auxiliaries with keys. Amperometer and Voltmeter. Connection terminal board for cables. All components used are Telemecanique.

Feeding tension 400 V.

The panel is made of: electric panels completed, connection panels terminal board, conformity declaration according to the Laws 2006/42/CE – 2006/95/CE – 2004/108/CE and next changes.

- N.01 electric plant on the machine with cables and galvanized channel.

- N.01 Supporting structure of the mobile harbor terminal, with N.04 stabilizers to be retracted manually with oil dynamic cylinder and hydraulic group of 5.5 kW and N.04 couples of pneumatic wheels. N.01 rudder assembled on the fifth wheel 1000 suitable to drag on a low speed in private area.

- N.01 Safety signs set according to the laws in force

FINISHING, as follow:

- Internal finish: one anti-rust coating;

- External finish:

  Preparation: P1 preparation degree, according to the ISO 8501 standard.

Painting: a two component, high build, acrylic polyurethane semi-gloss primer/finish, containing zinc phosphate anticorrosive pigmentation. Medium thickness 175 µm, minimum thickness 100 µm. Standard colour RAL9002, particulars RAL2000.
