Drybatch F-54 Filter

Filter DRYBATCH F-54 equipped with hopper, additional nozzle for silos and board for backwash. Diffusers MART-SHOCK "PS" – REEL BOARD MDP ACTIVE (Differential pressure meter) with the following technical features:

- Polygonal dust collector: horizontal

- Filter element: pocket

- Filter surface: 54 m2

- Filter media: polyester felt 500 gr/m2

- Cleaning system: reverse air jet (min. 5 - max. 6 bar)

- Timer: electronic multivoltage 24 V - 260 V DC/AC 50/60 Hz

- Solenoid valve number: 12

- Differential pressure meter: electronic display with outlet 4-20 mA

- Fan: 11 kW

- Fan maximum air capacity: 6.000 m3/h

- Casing and door material of filter: AISI 304

- Material of the elements support plate: carbon steel powder-coated RAL 7001

- Cement collection hopper complete of suction conduits, aluminium butterfly valve with electric pneumatic control and rubber skirt connecting to the recovery screw;

- Stainless steel carpentry.

- Filter is equipped with differential pressure meters “mdpe” signaling the obstruction of the skirts and activating the washing if necessary. In addition it could be supplied also with a signaling system (optical sound) for dirty filter using an output signal from the board. This could be supplied as optional.

- Smoke suction pipe in galvanized metal sheet with junction for the emission control according to the law.
