The system consists of:

N.1 Filter press with the following features:

- N.8 filtering plates measuring 800 x 800 mm made of polypropylene, with a filtering chamber thickness of 45 mm and pressed sludge production capacity with 8 plates 174 l/cycle;

- Hydraulic closing and opening device with control unit power 1.5 kW, working pressure 300 bar. Drag chain for simultaneous opening of plate pack, automatic shaker for electric plate shaking;

- Filtered water collection basin with downward opening.

- Automatic cloth washing system with 4 bar operating pressure and 42 pressure water jet nozzles.

- Dirty water recirculation system from filter press to tank with pneumatic bypass valve,

- Power and control panel (three-phase, 400 V - 50 Hz) including electrical wiring and plant automation with PLC (primary brand) and Touch screen operator interface.

Remote Assistance (Internet connection at charge of the Purchaser) for the warranty period.

NOTE: the following are excluded from the supply and are the responsibility of the purchasing company: clean water, compressed air and electrical power input to the filter press and electrical panel respectively.

NOTE: the water must not contain hydrocarbon residues as the pump seals are not suitable.
