Additive batcher (58 l) with load cell and management on the electric command board

Pre-assembled additive batcher consisting of:

- a plexiglas box provided with grading scale sticker; capacity 58 lt as precharging buffer;

- n.1 Electronic probe for full, completely independent by the maximum preimposted on the automatic engine, just to gurantee the liquid not to exit from the cylinder with uncorrect informations set

- n.1 Seal valve consisting of n.1 electrovalve 24 Vca just to avoid the re-flowing in the pipe as long as different level between truck and batcher would make it necessary; connection for rubber pipe 3/4"

- n.1 pump group consisting of electropump (0,55 kW 220/380 V) triphase motor, head 15000mm. This kind of pump will have n.2 possible directions  for cylinder loading/unloading

- n.1 seal valve for unloading and stoping

- n.1 Pre-assembled load cell able to read liquid level inside cylinder and capable of transfer it to the card or engine ED640, then to PLC. Value= lt.- n.1 digital display ED640 for  manually batching, to be placed on the electromechanical control panel, and provided with n.2 set: Min. level for pump stopping (during unloading phase) and max. level for pump stopping (during loading phase). Complete of analogig switch for connection to the automatic batching system. Range 0,01 lt.
