Stainless steel batcher for n° 2 admixture 24 l each

Batcher for n 2 liquid additives composed of:

- n. 2  Cylinders in inox steel of 24 L completed with security floating in order to avoid liquid spitting.

- n. 1 Weighing system with 2 load cells - class precision +/- 0,03%.

- n. 2 Cylinders Washing Kit composed of bronze jet nozzles and a manual sphere valve.

- n. 1 safety structure in galvanized steel 12/10 mm composed of a fixed back wall and a removable front cover completed of supporting frame for cylinders in order to put the weighing hopper near the mixer

- n. 2 Electropump self-priming monobloc output 27 L/min. Three-phase engine 380 V 50 Hz.

- n. 2 Pump cover in galvanized steel

- n. 2 Group of valves for the enlacement to the suction piping and forcing with joints in polyethylene and sphere electro pneumatic in suction and electro pneumatic valves for additive unload including joints for the unload enlacements in gravity 1 1/2".

- n. 1 Unload funnel in inox steel 316 completed with support to the frame of cylinders and flanged unloading shaft Ø 90 mm.
